Don’t underestimate the power in planting the se Don’t underestimate the power in planting the seed!

Though it feels like no one is listening, there is power in speaking truth. There is power in knowing more, and in doing more. And it’s super powerful when we as a collective start saying more.
Don’t stay silent. Don’t think your voice doesn’t matter. Because it does.

There is so much power in planting the seeds and encouraging others to think more.
Change always starts with resistance, but planting the seeds allows the process to start. 🌿
My heart hurts right now, for so much. For our g My heart hurts right now, for so much.

For our great country and for all who have fought for it. My heart hurts for people and for the truth.
The truth is always painful, especially when it’s out of your control.

My heart hurts for the effects that everything going on right now will have on generations to come, especially for our children.

BUT, if you know me you know how passionate I am about being happy regardless of circumstance.

SO, I’m going to choose joy anyways.

I’m going to still turn up the music and dance with my babies. I’ll open the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through my house. I’ll message my loved ones and tell them how much I love them. & I’ll still be praying to God and thanking him for all I have.

Because at the end of the day I know who is really in control. I know that he sees us and he sees our pain, and he has a plan that is good.

When you focus on these things, it makes the hard things feel temporary and although it doesn’t make them go away, it makes it easier to bear in the now.

My hope for us all today is to shift our focus.
Focus on what is good.
Focus on what is pure.
Focus on what is true.
Focus on what is permanent.
Focus on love.

This isn’t over.

Love you all so much!
Don’t forget to smile today 😁❤️🙏

It’s OK to grieve whats been stolen from you. I It’s OK to grieve whats been stolen from you.
It’s OK to take time and give yourself space.
It’s OK to feel defeated. (It’s human and the majority of us have been there at least once.)
It’s also OK to be a little selfish and realize that greater things are in store for you than anything you’ve been through and how you’re feeling.
It’s OK to dream big and trust that your dreams will come true.
It’s OK to no longer live in shame, in guilt, defeat, and depression.
You deserve so much more, and your future self already knows that.
That version of you has been waiting patiently for you to get to a place where you can finally move forward.
This is a sign you have arrived at that place.
Your past no longer needs you. Your future does! Keep moving forward.. you got this💓
Right before hitting the post button my Instagram Right before hitting the post button my Instagram feed refreshed and I saw @bethmoorelpm post right at the top. Right at the perfect time. It says “God doesn’t waste a single thing.”
No he doesn’t.
Even in our pain.
Even in our sorrow.
Even in our worry.
There is something we can learn from the things we walk through that we can use as tools to help us love forward.
The journey was never meant to be easy.
But find hope in knowing that anything worth having is going to be hard.
And you are worth the work that it takes❤️
People/ Places/ Things that ARE NOT for you will m People/ Places/ Things that ARE NOT for you will make you feel like you’re not good enough.
They won’t welcome you or encourage you.
They will make you question your purpose and the value you hold.
They will almost always leave you questioning yourself.

However, People/ Places/ Things that ARE for you will make you feel like you’re more than good enough.
They will welcome you and make you feel like a friend.
They will lift you up when you need it most.
They will remind you of your purpose and they will inspire you to keep going—always.

I truly believe that our creator doesn’t want us to force ourselves in places and/or relationships.
Especially in ones we don’t belong.

We were made to feel seen, welcomed, loved, needed, worthy, and valued.
He wants the world to see us like he sees us.
We are his children, after all.
So friend, It’s time we start living like it! ❤️
