Do Not Be Afraid Of What They Think About Your Calling

do not be afraid message for moms

Hey mama, how are you today?

I wanted to tell you something i feel like you need to hear.

Don’t you worry about those who don’t agree with you and don’t want to join you in your most exciting journey.

Do not be afraid of what others think.

Chances are they would have never truly supported you in the first place. Allow themselves to do the weeding out for you.

All you need to worry about is being true to yourself and making the best decisions for yourself. Nothing else matters.

You have to take care of yourself as a person before you can take care of anyone else.

You cannot pour from an empty cup and i think its important that we as moms especially really think about this more and act intentionally.

God has good plans for you, plans for hope and a future! Don’t be afraid of what the enemy tries to distract you with. Stay grounded in the truth of the word of God and remind yourself every day that you aren’t living for the world!

Remind yourself that you are raising disciples! That’s a taxing, yet the most fulfilling call to servant hood you can experience!

Find the time to take care of yourself every day whether it be big or small there are so many things that you can do to show yourself some love. Do those things… Listen to the music, the podcasts or the meditation, write in  a journal, tell yourself something positive are all just ideas of things you could do.

You are loved, and you do have a tribe waiting for you!

Don’t be afraid to start going into the places God is calling you to go and everything else will fall into place. It will all make sense someday.

When you do this though, you may notice that the shift of positive energy you bring into your life can inadvertently push out the negativity. The negative things in your life that have been blindly weighing you down just might surprise you.

Do not be afraid of letting those things go.

It’s not selfish to do what is best for you. Everyone else is. In fact, we are called to walk out our calling and that looks different for every one of us. Stay faithful in where you’ve been called as a mom, wife, friend, and woman. You can do hard things!
